Co-organized with the FTAHK, our webinar “Reimagining the Client and RM Experience through Technology” was successfully held on 23 August 2022, attracting over 110 attendees. Thanks to our speakers Stephanie Leung, Steffanie Yuen, Benson Wong and moderator Julie Chan, who engaged in a lively discussion on digitalization trends of the banking industry, how technology reshapes customer experience, impacts to RMs as well as its opportunities and challenges.  A special thanks also to our Neil Tan for co-hosting this event with us!
