We hosted our first AI focused training session with help from our friends Microsoft to help attendees Master the Art of Prompting. Jimin Choi from J.P. Morgan’s Digital Team set the scene, where Emy Chan, Kaz Horinouchi, and Connie Leung from Microsoft provided our members with practical skills through live demos on how to best utilise Generative AI, including Microsoft Copilot, in their daily work.

Key Highlights:
– Overview of Generative AI: How GenAI can enhance efficiency in various tasks such as creating client portfolios, summarizing overnight market movements and news, and organizing meeting minutes, as well as using synthetic data.
– Conversational versus Structured Prompting: Discussion around prompt frameworks, tips for writing effective prompts, markdown techniques and practical demonstrations through various case studies.
– Industry Overview: How AI is innovating within the financial services sector and the different industries leveraging AI in their daily operations to enhance client engagement and employee productivity.
