In PWMA’s “Bridging Between Two Generations” event, we are delighted to have two senior leaders Lemuel Lee, and Vivien Khoo and two NextGen bankers Chloe Chan, and David Wang to share their perspectives and experiences across different generations with Cilla Luke from PWMA as the moderator.

The speakers shared the highlights of their career paths, as well as the challenges and opportunities facing each generation. Recent trends in the private wealth management industry are also covered, such as AI applications and how bankers adapt to digital transformation. Speakers also highlighted the experiences and perspectives of women working in the banking sector and initiatives to promote greater diversity, equity and inclusion within the traditionally male-dominated financial industry.
