This was a great chance to discuss both the key recommendations of the virtual assets position paper published by PWMA and Simmons & Simmons as well as the FinTech Association of Hong Kong’s feedback to the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC)’s recent consultation on virtual assets trading platforms.
