A sincere thank you to all the speakers at our June 22 webinar on “The Rise of SPAC and where do we go from here”. They gave an overview on the history of SPACs, how they are formed and what makes them different from traditional IPOs, while also addressing the benefits and risks they entail for sponsors, target companies and investors. With SPACs so big in the news of late, we had a great turnout with over 150 very engaged attendees asking thoughtful questions.
