Earlier this year, KPMG was invited to brief our members on developments and industry practices in relation to best execution in light of circulars issued by the HKMA and SFC.  

In December, we again invited KPMG to provide the latest updates, regulatory expectations, and market developments.  In addition, we also arranged for two TCA vendors, Bloomberg and IHS Markit, to present on how TCA can power the processes around best execution, in particularly by assisting in analysis, reporting, evaluation, and monitoring. The forum, which was attended by over 120 people, ended with an interactive Q&A session between the speakers and attendees and was followed by a networking gathering hosted by Credit Suisse.
