We are delighted to have partnered with Linklaters to co-organize a webinar on “ESG and the Regulators in Hong Kong” on 17 November 2020. Mr. Sumit Indwar (Partner) and Ms. Eugenie Levy (Managing Associate) presented on the importance of sustainable finance and integrating ESG factors into investment processes and business decisions for the lasting benefit of business and society.

In the webinar, they also shared the key initiatives that Hong Kong regulators have taken to accelerate the growth of sustainable finance in Hong Kong, including HKMA’s White Paper outlining the guiding principles on green and sustainable banking, SFC-authorised green and ESG funds and HKEX’s ESG Guide for listed companies.
