The Recruitment Day for the 2021 Pilot Apprenticeship Programme was held in a virtual format this year with 18 participating firms on 12-13 November 2020. Responses from students have been overwhelming, with around 500 students joining the event and proactively asking questions about programme details as well as career opportunities offered by our host firms. Business representatives and HR staff of the participating firms also shared their expectations and valuable interview tips with those who joined their virtual career sessions.
