17 PWMA member firms participated in the Recruitment Day event for the 2023 Pilot Apprenticeship Programme on 3-4 November 2022. Around 580 students registered for the virtual event, which offered them a forum to ask questions about programme details as well as career opportunities offered by our host firms. Senior bankers and HR professionals from the participating firms also shared their expectations and valuable interview tips with those who joined their virtual career sessions.
