18 firms participated in the Recruitment Day event for the 2022 Pilot Apprenticeship Programme on 11-12 November 2021. Over 600 students registered for the virtual event, which offered them a forum to ask questions about programme details as well as career opportunities offered by our host firms. Senior bankers and HR professionals from participating firms also shared their expectations and valuable interview tips with those who joined their virtual career sessions.
